Extend the Life of your Chevy Duramax Diesel Engine Using Amsoil

You just spent a lot of money for one of the premier diesel pickups on the market so there is no sense in putting second rate oil in the crankcase. Whoever coined the phrase "oil is the life blood of your engine" was absolutely correct. Now is not the time to be cheap with your selection of the proper motor oil.
Amsoil has gained a huge market share in the pickup market for one simple reason; Amsoil delivers better performance and can extend the life of any diesel engine. In most cases diesel manufacturered before 2007 can reach 25,000-miles between oil changes and evern further if you utilize Amsoil's By-Pass Filtration System. If there is less wear then there is less heat because the extra friction caused by other brands of motor oil produce more heat in you engine.

- 5W-40 (DEO) Use if temperature drops to 0 *F for easier cold weather starts
- 5W-30 (HDD) This is our personal favorite because of the superior fuel mileage gains and super easy cold weather starts. We never have to use our external heaters when using this oil.

- Both Front and Rear Differentials will use Amsoil 75W-90 Severe Gear (SVG)
